Refund Policy

1.Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your CoreSync subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the premium features of the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free version (if applicable) or be deactivated.

2.No Refunds

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

3.Free Trial

If you signed up for a free trial, you may cancel your account at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the selected plan.

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately at hello@coresync.com. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
