1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CoreSync platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business (e.g., a real estate agency or clinic), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

CoreSync provides an all-in-one SaaS business suite including:

• CoreSync Property: Lead management, commission tracking, and tenancy automation.
• CoreSync Clinic: Patient records, billing, and scheduling.
• CoreSync Services: Appointment automation and reminders.

3. User Obligations

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Compliance: You must use the service in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws, including the Housing Development Act (for property) and Medical Act (for clinics) where applicable.
• Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or use it to transmit malicious code.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

• Fees: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Uptime Guarantee: CoreSync aims for a 99% uptime guarantee. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and logos associated with CoreSync are the exclusive property of CoreSync. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during their subscription period.

6. Termination

CoreSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to settle outstanding subscription fees.
